Conference Registration Discount: In order to receive the discounted Conference Registration Fee, you must provide an ICMCTF 2027 Housing Block Confirmation Number from the Town & Country when you register. Confirmation numbers will be verified by the hotel. Any confirmations found to be outside of the ICMCTF 2027 Housing Block or from a third-party agent will be adjusted to the no-hotel registration fee, and you will be invoiced the difference.

Conference Registration includes the following for Invited, Regular, Student, and Retired Attendees. One Day attendees will only be able to participate in the events taking place on the selected day. Note that all registrants will be required to show a valid ID at the registration counter onsite. Student registrants will be required to show a valid student ID. San Diego area registrants will need to show a valid San Diego area ID (i.e., CA Driver’s License with San Diego area zip code or other proof of residence)
- Access to More Than 50 Technical Sessions, Plenary and Exhibition Keynote Lectures, Special Interest Talks, plus Poster Sessions.
- Admission to the Exhibition on Tuesday and Wednesday with Refreshments During Breaks and Lunches (While Supplies Last).
- Access (with Drink Tickets) to the Welcome Reception, Awards Ceremony and Reception, and Poster Session.
- Use of the Conference Mobile App/Desktop Planner/Personal Scheduler
- Complimentary TSF and SCT Journals’ Online Proceedings When Available

Conference Registration Cancellation
If for any reason you cannot attend the ICMCTF 2026 Conference and/or Short Course you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by March 19, 2026, to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after March 19, 2026.
